La Route du Sel.

Ciao a tutti,

Buon weekend a tutti voi.

Hi all,

This morning, on my way back from a work commitment in Trapani I took the opportunity to take some photos in this wonderful place that offers fabulous scenery. This is the so-called "WAY OF SALT" which hosts both the "salt basins", a great resource for Trapani (the capital of this part of Sicily) and of the so-called "stagnone", a large pool of salt water that goes until Mozia, a lovely island, so small that can be visited by foot.

This stunning landscape is along the Trapani/Marsala road, and in summer it offers fabulous sunsets...
My outfit is very simple: a little silk/satin shirt, jeans I often like to wear (combined with basically everything), and a pompous Mongolia-wool vest.

It looks like fur vests are a must this year, although mine was purchased a few years ago. The large belt comes from my mum's wardrobe...

I hope you liked the photos and outfit, I cannot deny that I love Sicily!

You will see it in many of my posts, where I will often leave room for pictures of my beautiful island.

Have a great week end.
